The head remains outside the cabinet throughout, and a practitioner is available nearby during the session. Before the cabinet is used, a short review typically covers health background, hydration on the day and what to expect. Session length and process are explained so the client feels informed before beginning.
On the day of your session, the practitioner reviews any updates since your last visit and confirms the plan. You enter the cabinet fully guided, with the practitioner nearby throughout, and the session is monitored from start to finish.
After the session, the practitioner talks through what to do next and any general aftercare guidance.
